Prepares the system so the remaining scripts can be executed.

Xcode Command Line tools

The Xcode CL tools provide the compiler and SDK environment, which everything else in this setup builds upon.

They also include Apple’s distribution of Git, which is sufficient for the install script to clone the project locally and run the rest of the scripts.
